The Gadway Research Center's (GRC's) Home Harvest Project is tryng to grow food indoors. Ideally we would like to grow about 1/2 of all the food we eat right inside the house.

We began by planting red lettuce but, for unknown reasons, it never germinated. We are currently getting better results with Butter Crunch lettuce.
